Sandra Bullock & Jesse James' Divorce Finalized

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are legally divorced.

The two signed the final divorce papers last week, sources tell TMZ. Sandra, who said that the marriage “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities,” filed back on April 23 - she moved out of the family home in mid-March.

Sources also tell TMZ that the divorce’s finality means Sandra can officially adopt baby Louis as a single parent.

Here’s what Jesse told People:
“My whole life has been full of hard decisions.
“The decision to let my wife end our marriage, and continue the adoption of Louis on her own, has been the hardest. The love I have for Louis cannot be put to words. Not having him around to love and to hold has left a huge hole in my heart.
“Sandy is the love of my life, but considering the pain and devastation I have caused her, it would be selfish to not let her go. Right now it is time for me to beat this addiction that has taken two of the things I love the most in life.

The 45-year-old actress began the adoption process with Jesse four years ago and brought baby Louis Bardo Bullock, 3 and a half months, home in January! The family opted to keep the happy news quiet until after the Oscars, according to People, who broke the story.
As for her split from Jesse, Sandra tells People that she’s “sad and…scared” but that she has filed for divorce.

Jesse James has spoken out about the alleged infidelity against Sandra Bullock.
In a statement given to People, Jesse claims most of the accusations are untrue:

Jesse is very apologetic for the hurt he has brought on his family:
"There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me."
"It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way. This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. Jesse James has issued a public apology to his wife Sandra Bullock and his three children, Chandler, Sunny James and Jesse James Jr.
“The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded,” the 40-year-old motorcycle man said in a statement to People. “Beyond that, I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment. There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me.”
He adds, “It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way. This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. Oh, I REALLY hope this isn't true! But... Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee is claiming Jesse James started a relationship with her while Sandra Bullock was filming 'The Blind Side.'
"I would never have hooked up with him if I thought he was a married man. He gave me the impression they were separated."
Michelle, who's reportedly nicknamed Jesse the "Vanilla Gorilla" because he's reportedly, um, well-endowed, said they met when she contacted him about modeling for his West Coast Choppers business. She says Jesse made it clear from the outset that he wanted more than just a business relationship.
"I got there around 9 at night. I was like, 'Holy s**t. It's really Jesse James.' "
Jesse, 40, took Michelle on a tour of his garage, before taking her into his office and locking the door.
She added to In Touch Weekly magazine: "We ended up on the couch. He wanted to watch movies, but I asked him, 'What's going on with you and Sandra?' He said, 'She doesn't live here. She has a house in Austin. She is filming, and I can't talk about it.' "
Michelle said their affair began that evening and lasted for approximately five weeks.
Jesse had only wonderful things to say about his wife, Sandra, after she won an Academy Award for Best Actress.
"It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to support my wife and her work. She does it all the time for me. She goes to Mexico, to the desert, to the hospital - a lot - to support me and my work. The least I can do is put on a suit and support her.
"She's beautiful. She's amazing. She takes my breath away. Sometimes I look at her and I do, I just lose my breath.
"I'm so proud of her. Nobody deserves this more and works harder. She's old-school Hollywood - just gracious and a star who's so much better than you expect them to be."

Sandra Bullock is reportedly set to split from husband Jesse James.
The Oscar-winning actress has been left heartbroken by allegations that Jessie cheated on her with tattoo model Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee and friends say there is now no way back for the couple. A source told America’s OK! magazine:
“Sandra is devastated. Jesse has tried to smooth things over with her, but to no avail. She’s still leaving him.”
According to People magazine, the 45-year-old beauty left the marital home on Monday and has since canceled a planned trip to the UK next week to promote her movie ‘The Blind Side’ - the film which won her the Best Actress Oscar. A statement from Sandra read:
“Due to unforeseen personal reasons a trip abroad to support ‘The Blind Side’ has been deemed impossible at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued support of the film.”
