Halle Berry: Custody Battle with Gabriel Aubry?

Halle Berry is ready to go to court with her ex Gabriel Aubry to fight for custody of their daughter Nahla.

“Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her,” her rep told People.

“She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention,” added the rep.

The 44-year-old actress has also pulled out of the film New Year’s Eve, which was scheduled to start filming this week, and will be replaced by Katherine Heigl, in order to clear her schedule.

Gabriel Aubry: Kim Kardashian's New Guy!

Kim Kardashian spends some quality time with Halle Berry’s ex, model Gabriel Aubry, during a basketball game held at Staples Center on Sunday night (November 21) in Los Angeles.

Gabriel, 34, and Kim, 30, watched the Los Angeles Lakers beat out the Golden State Warriors, 117-89.

Back in April, Halle and Gabriel split after four years together. They have a 2-year-old daughter, Nahla.

Halle Berry & Gabriel Aubry Split

Halle Berry and her longtime love Gabriel Aubry have called it quits after four years together.
The couple is working on a custody agreement for their daughter Nahla, according to TMZ. Halle and Gabriel are sorting things out and will formalize their long-term custody plan in the future.
Halle reportedly consulted with a divorce lawyer three weeks ago to talk custody agreements, but nothing longer-term was decided upon. She and Gabriel have agreed to short-term agreements in the meantime.
FYI: Halle was all smiles at the DKMS event last night in NYC. Her reps haven’t commented on this story yet.

Halle Berry: Pregnant Again!

Halle Berry is pregnant again, Life and Style is reporting as official.
The actress, who turned 43 on August 14, is reportedly three months pregnant with her second child (the little one will join big sister, Nahla, 17 months).
“Halle is overjoyed,” says an insider close to Halle and the baby’s father, model Gabriel Aubry. “The first time, she struggled so much to get pregnant and eventually conceived through in vitro fertilization. This time, the baby was conceived through artificial insemination.”
“She’s just ecstatic to be pregnant again,” the insider adds. “She wasn’t sure if she’d have another baby, so she’s very happy!”

Halle Berry and baby Nahla travel to a near-by friend’s home for a Memorial Day BBQ on Monday (May 25) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 42-year-old actress and her boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry took their 1-year-old daughter to the Topanga Days County Fair on Sunday.
Halle is currently preparing for her role in the movie Nappily Ever After, which is based on a novel. The novel tells the story of a young woman, Venus Johnson, who has grown weary of her four-year relationship with her boyfriend, and having to maintain her long, dark hair. Resolving to create a new, independent life for herself, she leaves her boyfriend and cuts her hair to an almost-bald stubby look. Her ex-boyfriend shortly begins dating another woman, sparking feelings of doubt and jealousy in Venus.
