The 40-year-old Grey’s Anatomy star ran errands with her adorable little one at West Hollywood’s Sunset Plaza.
Stella’s dad is music producer Chris Ivery (inset).
A new episode of Grey’s Anatomy will air on Thursday (April 1) @ 9PM ET/PT on ABC!
