Scarlett Johansson & Sean Penn: Backstage at Guys Choice!

Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn snap a photo together backstage at the 2011 Guys Choice Awards, taped on Saturday (June 5) at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, Calif.

JustJared.com spotted the 26-year-old actress, who presented the Troops Choice award with Chris Evans, greeting her 50-year-old former flame with a kiss - the two chatted for about 15 minutes.

Late last week, People reported that Scarlett and Sean had split up after a romance spanning a few months.

Scarlett Johansson & Sean Penn Split?

Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn are no longer a couple, according to a new report from People.

Scarlett, 26, and Sean, 50, were first spotted together in late February at a lunch date in Los Angeles before jetting off for Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a getaway.

Scarlett filed for divorce from Ryan Reynolds in December after a two-year marriage.

In 2009, Sean pulled the plug on divorcing his then wife, Robin Wright Penn, but the couple finalized their split in August of 2010.

Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn share lunch at Cuban restaurant Versailles on Monday (February 28) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old actress covered the bill, according to TMZ.

The next day, Scarlett and Sean, 50, jetted to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The pair enjoyed a dinner of lobster and margaritas, according to People.

Over the weekend, Scarlett walked the red carpet at the 2011 Academy Awards, where she presented an award with Matthew McConaughey.

Ryan Reynolds & Scarlett Johansson File for Divorce

Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson are officially ending their two-year marriage.

The 34-year-old actor filed for divorce on Thursday (December 23) in L.A. Superior Court, People reports.

Scarlett, 26, filed her divorce response at the same time.

Both listed December 14 as the date of their separation and neither is asking the court for spousal support.

Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson have separated, a rep for Ryan confirms to JustJared.com.

“After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we’ve decided to end our marriage,” the 34-year-old actor and his wife of two years, 26, said in a statement. “We entered our relationship with love and it’s with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn’t expected, it’s certainly appreciated.”

Scarlett Johansson and her new husband Ryan Reynolds will be turning to adoption at some point.
Ryan tells UK’s Glamour magazine, “My oldest brother is adopted and I have every intention of adopting at some time. I’m very grateful for having my brother in my life. I couldn’t be more pro-adoption. There are plenty of kids in the world that need it.”
As for his beauty and brains, Ryan shared, “I have my father’s face and body, but my mother’s unshakeable thirst for knowledge. She works part-time jobs, but basically she’s been a student her whole life. She still goes to university and she’s in her 60s.”

Us Weekly adds the small wedding took place at a remote wilderness resort outside Vancouver. Guests included Scarlett’s mother, Melanie Sloan, and her brother, Adrian Johansson.
The couple had announced their engagement in May. This is the first marriage for both.
