The 44-year-old actress looked summery in a white strapless dress with a drawstring waist.

Olivier Martinez lifts Halle Berry’s daughter Nahla high in the air during their quality playtime on the beach on Saturday (July 30) in Malibu, Calif.

The 45-year-old French actor and the 3-year-old cutie spent over an hour running from the waves and playing tag. Nahla even got to swing on Olivier’s arms!

Earlier this month, lovebirds Olivier and Halle were spotted prepping for a picnic lunch in a park in West Hollywood, sans Nahla.

Halle Berry: Westfield with Nahla!

Halle Berry and her 3-year-old daughter Nahla walk around Westfield Century City on Tuesday (July 26) in Century City, Calif.

The 44-year-old actress dropped off her car with the valet, before doing some shopping at the outdoor mall.

The day before, Halle picked up Nahla from preschool and took home a dreamcatcher that she made with yarn and feathers.

Halle can next be seen in the comedy, The Skank Robbers, and the thriller, Dark Tide, opposite her real-life beau, Olivier Martinez.

Halle Berry Gets Ice Cream with Nahla!

Halle Berry picks her cutie pie daughter Nahla up from school and takes her to get an afternoon treat of ice cream on Monday (June 27) in Los Angeles.

The 44-year-old actress matched her daughter in flower-print outfits.

Anne Hathaway is currently at work on The Dark Knight Rises, in which she plays Catwoman, a role Halle played in the 2004 film adaptation.

Anne’s costume will reportedly stay true to the comic book. “She will definitely be wearing the goggles and it’s going to be less sexy than Halle Berry and Michelle Pfeiffer’s Catwoman costumes. She’s going to look more like a robber,” a source told HollywoodLife.

The 44-year-old actress recently celebrated Nahla’s third birthday on March 16. She’s growing up so quickly!

Last week, Halle attended the star-studded Celebrity Fight Night, which helped raise funds for the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center in Phoenix.

Halle Berry: Custody Battle with Gabriel Aubry?

Halle Berry is ready to go to court with her ex Gabriel Aubry to fight for custody of their daughter Nahla.

“Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her,” her rep told People.

“She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention,” added the rep.

The 44-year-old actress has also pulled out of the film New Year’s Eve, which was scheduled to start filming this week, and will be replaced by Katherine Heigl, in order to clear her schedule.

Halle Berry is pregnant again, Life and Style is reporting as official.
The actress, who turned 43 on August 14, is reportedly three months pregnant with her second child (the little one will join big sister, Nahla, 17 months).
“Halle is overjoyed,” says an insider close to Halle and the baby’s father, model Gabriel Aubry. “The first time, she struggled so much to get pregnant and eventually conceived through in vitro fertilization. This time, the baby was conceived through artificial insemination.”
“She’s just ecstatic to be pregnant again,” the insider adds. “She wasn’t sure if she’d have another baby, so she’s very happy!”

The 42-year-old actress and her boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry took their 1-year-old daughter to the Topanga Days County Fair on Sunday.
Halle is currently preparing for her role in the movie Nappily Ever After, which is based on a novel. The novel tells the story of a young woman, Venus Johnson, who has grown weary of her four-year relationship with her boyfriend, and having to maintain her long, dark hair. Resolving to create a new, independent life for herself, she leaves her boyfriend and cuts her hair to an almost-bald stubby look. Her ex-boyfriend shortly begins dating another woman, sparking feelings of doubt and jealousy in Venus.
