Matt Damon and his wife Luciana welcomed daughter Stella Zavala Damon on Wednesday (October 20) in NYC, his rep confirms to JustJared.com.

“Mom and baby are both healthy,” Matt’s rep reveals. “The whole family is thrilled.”

Matt, 40, and Luciana, 35, wed in 2005 and have two children together – Isabella, 4, and Gia, 2. Luciana also has a daughter, Alexia, from a previous marriage.

Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana, are expecting their third child!!
The 39-year-old actor and his wife married in late 2005 and have two children together - Isabella, 3, and Gia, 21 months.
“Everyone is excited,” Matt’s rep told Us Weekly, who broke the news exclusively.
Luciana is also the mother to Alexia, 11, from a previous marriage.

Matt Damon and his adorable family cross the street together on the way to the set of The Adjustment Bureau in New York City on Monday (October 26).
Matt’s wife Luciana brought Isabella, 3, and Gia, 15 months, as well as her daughter Alexia, 11, to the set for a day of family fun.
Recently, Matt, 39, sat down with Parade magazine and talked about the example he wants to set for his girls.
“I try to keep my trips short because my kids are so young that my wife, Lucy, can’t come. We don’t like to be separated, but we both feel it’s so important to learn about these things.
“In the future, I know these trips are something we’ll do as a family…. I can’t think of any more important value to instill in our children than the desire to help others. I feel strongly about setting an example for them.”

Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana, welcomed their third little girl, Gia Zavala, at Memorial Regional Hospital in South Florida on Wednesday, his rep confirms to JustJared.com.
"Everyone’s doing great," Matt’s rep, Jennifer Allen, tells Just Jared. "She is a healthy baby girl."
Gia joins big sisters Alexia, 10, and Isabella, 2.
Last month, Matt revealed that another daughter was on the way, lamenting, "I’m so outnumbered here, it’s crazy!" (Justjared)
