Jude Law and Sienna Miller have split.

A rep for Jude confirmed the news to JustJared.com, saying simply, “I can confirm that Jude Law and Sienna Miller are no longer in a relationship.”

“It is mutual and amicable and they are still friends,” a friend told People, adding, “It was an entirely an end-of-the relationship decision. It had run its course.”

Check out the first picture of Samantha Burke with her five-week-old Sophia Law, her daughter with British actor Jude Law.
The 25-year-old model admits in the latest issue of Hello, “Jude hasn’t met Sophia yet.. but I am sure he will be a wonderful father… She already [has] such a great personality. I think he’ll fall in love with her when he sees her.”
Samantha adds that Sophia’s features “are more like Jude’s. She has his chin and nose, and she does a little pout that I notice that he’s done before. I think her eyes are more like mine, though. You can’t always tell when they’re so young but they don’t have that big, glassy look that his do - mine are a little smaller and more like hers.”

Jude Law has refused to see his newborn daughter Sophia until a DNA test proves he is the father, contact music reports.
Aspiring actress Samantha Burke just gave birth to baby Sophia on Tuesday (Sept. 22) after a brief romance with Jude earlier this year while he was filming Sherlock Holmes in New York.
Law had publicly vowed to "be a fully supportive part of the child’s life," but new claims say he is not planning to see baby Sophia until he has DNA evidence:
"Jude is still very cautious about Sam and Sophia. Until he is 100 per cent certain she is his daughter he is only communicating through lawyers," a source says. "If he is the father he will meet his obligations to the child. He's hoping for an early chance to establish that he is genuinely her dad."

Jude Law’s baby mama Samantha Burke gave birth to a daughter on Tuesday night (September 22).
Reportedly, her name is Sophia.
“I doubt Jude was there [but] Samantha is doing well,” a friend of the family tells People. “Besides the financial support, he’s not involved.”
Jude, 35, and Samantha, 24, met while he was filming Sherlock Holmes in New York City last year. He currently stars in the Broadway play, Hamlet. Jude has three other children with ex-wife Sadie Frost.

Her mom, Lea Burke, a massage therapist from Pensacola, Fl., told The London Evening Standard Newspaper: “This was no way planned. Hell no. She was in shock when she found out she was pregnant and terrified to tell him.”
Lea added, “It was tough for her - she was going back to school so she had to change plans. She’s decided to come back home - it is too expensive to stay in New York and she can be with her family… I am already a grandmother, but am of course looking forward to being one again. Every mother would prefer if her daughter had a child with a man she was married to - it would be nice if the father was around but that’s not going to happen because of his job and she knows that, she’s realistic about that.”
Lea finished, “I don’t know him but my daughter said he was very ‘nice’ - she likes him as a person and they spent time together when she was living in New York. She treats him like a normal guy and he liked hanging out with her.”

Earlier this week, the 35-year-old actor’s rep confirmed that Jude is expecting his fourth child with a former lover — now to be known as aspiring model/actress Samantha Burke.

Yesterday, the 35-year-old actor’s rep confirmed that Jude is expecting his fourth child with an former lover.
Jude has three children with his ex-wife, Sadie Frost — Rafferty, 12, Iris, 8, and Rudy, 6.

Many gossip sites and tabloids have been playing a little guessing game ever since Jude Law’s spokesperson announced that Jude was expecting his fourth child this fall. The spokesperson was very cryptic about the whole thing, saying that Jude is “no longer in a relationship” with the woman, and that the whole thing was “an entirely private matter.” Some people went through the list of women Jude was connected with last year or this - everyone from ex-wife Sadie Frost, to ex-girlfriend Sienna Miller, to model/actress Lily Cole. My thoughts were that the baby-mama was not any kind of public figure or celebrity, but perhaps some crew member or extra on Sherlock Holmes, the film he was making in December.
Star has a theory - and I should make it clear, this is just a theory. Just judging this from the available information, it sounds like a pretty good, gossipy, juicy theory, but it is far from confirmed. Star claims that the baby-mama is none other than the younger sister of Jude’s Sherlock Holmes costar, Canadian actress Rachel McAdams. Her name is Kayleen, and according to her IMDB page, she’s a 27-year-old makeup artist. According to Star, she only recently told Jude about the baby. It’s also claimed that Rachel is “pissed” about the whole situation. Jeez, if this is true, this is going to a really awkward Sherlock Holmes promotional tour:

As for Rachel, she’s said to be “pissed” about the situation.
The last time Jude — who will be appearing in Hamlet on Broadway this fall, when the wee one is due — made big headlines, it was when he cheated on his then-fiancée Sienna Miller with his children’s nanny.

So, does anyone think there’s any truth to it? I’d say chances are pretty good, actually. It would answer some of the other questions I had surrounding this whole situation. Like, why is Jude announcing the pregnancy now, in what is presumably the seventh month of the baby-mama’s pregnancy? Answer: Because she just told him about it. Or why wouldn’t Jude know about this whole thing before now? Because she was probably in Canada, and Jude wasn’t. Now I have new questions. Like, how long before Rachel McAdams kicks Jude in the gonads?
